• Stephen E. Menn was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He attended Texas Tech School of Law and graduated in 1983. He has been practicing law continuously since passing the Texas Bar exam.

• Stephen E. Menn is admitted to practice before all Texas state courts, including the Supreme Court of Texas. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

• Stephen E. Menn’s law practice is focused on commercial transactions and litigation; and consumer law. He has experience in setting up businesses and consulting in all matters pertaining to the operation of a business, including re-negotiating loans and work-outs. He represents businesses as both plaintiffs and defendants in lawsuits. He represents individual consumers in family law matters, probate matters, and bankruptcies.
